We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was conveniently situated near a metro station and public transports, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, being next to the football stadium added an exciting atmosphere. On top of that, there was an indoor shopping centre right next to the hotel, which was perfect for rainy days.
The breakfast experience could be quite chaotic, with bottlenecks and a crowded layout.

The room was spacious, silent, clean, and comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and most of them spoke English. We enjoyed a very good breakfast every morning. The hotel is located right next to a big mall, making shopping convenient. It is also within walking distance to the Santa Justa Train Station and the EA Bus Stop for the airport. The hotel's location close to the metro station made it easy for us to explore the city. we loved that it was near the shops and very close to the old town.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and bars nearby, and it was also quite close to the city center. I found it very convenient to have a subway station just a couple of minutes' walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was very comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed. The spacious room was immaculate and had all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the rooftop pool and sun terrace, where I could relax and soak up the sun. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, close to metro and shopping center with kids play area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast buffet. Easily accessible underground parking. great value for money.
